Boo! It’s Halloween Cookie Dough Bark

It’s Halloweek! Now that we’re officially less than a week from Halloween, we’re getting hyped over here. Everything’s coming up pumpkin!

You know we had to get another spooky recipe on deck. This time, we’re using some super seasonal toppings to make a white chocolate bark that screams Halloween. Or shrieks it. You feel us?

Let’s get to it!

halloween bark

Ingredients:

  • One bag of Ride or Die Cookie Dough Drops, room temperature
  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup halloween sprinkles of choice (we used orange, black, and pumpkins)
  • ¼ cup candy corn

Directions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between.
  2. Spread two cups of the melted white chocolate onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle ¼ cup of the sprinkles on top. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Pull the white chocolate out of the fridge and lightly press the Ride or Die Doughp Drops into the hardened chocolate to flatten them.
  4. Pour the remaining white chocolate on top of cookie dough (it’s okay if it doesn’t fully cover all of the Doughp), then sprinkle with the remaining Halloween sprinkles, followed by the candy corn.
  5. Place in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set.
  6. Cut or break the bark into bite-sized pieces. Keep it in the fridge when you’re not devouring it.
