Shipping policy

We want your Doughp to arrive in great condition. Because our products are perishable, we follow strict shipping timelines and handling guidelines to protect quality while keeping costs reasonable.


1. Shipping Schedule

Standard Orders & Expedited (2-Day Transit):
Ship Tuesdays by 12 pm PST using the shipping method you select at checkout.

Expedited (1-Day Transit) Orders:
Ship Monday–Thursday by 12 pm PST.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping:
Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Thursday (for 1-Day Transit) or after 12 pm PST on Tuesday (for Standard and 2-Day Transit) will ship the next eligible business day that ensures arrival within carrier delivery windows.

We do not ship on Fridays, weekends, or federal holidays to prevent product spoilage during carrier delays.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received.

Once a shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking email.

Address corrections or order edits cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders received after the stated cut-off times roll automatically to the next eligible ship day.


3. Subscription Orders & Flavor Availability

Subscription boxes are fulfilled based on inventory availability at the time of shipment, not at the time the order is placed.

If a selected flavor is out of stock when a subscription order is prepared for shipment, Doughp will substitute that item with a mystery flavor of equal value.

Flavor substitutions apply only to subscription orders and are made to ensure timely shipment of perishable products. Substitutions due to inventory availability do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, or credits.

Customers may cancel or modify their subscription prior to the applicable processing cut-off in accordance with our cancellation policy.


4. Transit & Carrier Responsibility

Once a package leaves our facility, risk of loss and title pass to you.

We are not liable for carrier delays, missed deliveries, or damage caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, mechanical failure, incorrect address).

If your order is delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We will, at our discretion, assist with carrier claims where possible.


5. Perishable Product Guidelines (Cookie Dough & Cookies)

Our cookie dough ships frozen or chilled with insulation and gel packs designed for the expected transit time.

Products may soften slightly during transit; this is normal. Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival.

Cookies
Our cookies may arrive cool, room temperature, or slightly thawed depending on transit conditions. If cookies arrive thawed, simply place them in the refrigerator upon arrival.

Cookies currently have an ambient shelf life of up to 28 days when stored according to packaging instructions. Shelf-life parameters may be updated as testing continues.

If your order arrives unusable due to carrier delay or transit damage, contact support@doughp.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review eligibility for replacement or credit.


6. Shipping Rates & Methods

Rates may be fixed or calculated at checkout depending on current promotions or whether Doughp is subsidizing or passing through carrier costs.

Some destinations or warm-weather regions may restrict slower methods to ensure safe arrival; the site will automatically limit those options.

However, we cannot predict weather conditions in all cities nationwide — you are responsible for using your own discretion when selecting your shipping speed.

We ship to residential, business, P.O. Box, and APO/FPO addresses within the United States only.

Standard / 2-Day Transit: Ships via USPS or UPS depending on destination.
Expedited (1-Day Transit): Ships via UPS.

We do not currently ship internationally.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to retrieve within carrier hold times are non-refundable and may be reshipped at your expense.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

All claims must be reported to support@doughp.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the box and contents.

Missing packages marked “Delivered” should be reported to the carrier first; Doughp cannot replace orders once carrier systems show confirmed delivery.


9. Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect operational, carrier, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.


10. Additional Notices

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. All shipments originate from our Las Vegas, NV facility. While we pack and ship to maintain product quality, once shipped, carrier performance and local weather are beyond our control.

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
