The Easiest No-Churn Strawberry Cheesin’ Cookie Dough Ice Cream

She’s baaaack. Strawberry Cheesin’ restocks tomorrow and if you’ve already had this flavor, you’re hyped. If not, you won’t wanna miss it! This is our play on strawberry cheesecake. It blends cream cheese frosting Doughp with strawberry jam and little freeze-dried strawberry pieces. It’s almost too good. 

But why stop there? With this recipe, we take everything we love about Strawberry Cheesin’ and combine it with everyone we love about cookie dough ice cream. And we’ve made it so easy, you can make your own ice cream without having to churn it. It’s creamy, dreamy, mouth-watering goodness. For real, are you drooling yet? 

So you can be ready to jump on the flavor drop tomorrow, here’s your recipe. 

strawberry cheesin ice cream

 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of Doughp’s Strawberry Cheesin’ (ORDER HERE)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. In another large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix again.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour ⅓ of the ice cream base into the bottom of a loaf pan or something similar. Layer with strawberries and generous chunks of cookie dough. Repeat this step two more times.
  5. Cover and freeze overnight.
  6. Let sit on the counter for about 5 minutes before scooping and serving.
